Hustly Grow is a remote digital agency providing services to clients internationally. All engagements are conducted remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services

We provide the following core services, as detailed in individual proposals or service agreements:

• Web Development (custom websites, WordPress, Laravel, React.js, maintenance)
• Lead Generation (contact prospecting, CRM data enrichment, data validation, research)
• Email Marketing (automation, segmentation, campaign strategy, A/B testing)
• Search Engine Optimization (on-page, off-page, technical, local SEO, audits)
• Social Media Marketing (strategy, content creation, community management, paid ads)

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal, quote, or contract agreed upon before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, content, and access credentials as required
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or materials within a reasonable time
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary information or approvals may affect project timelines, and Hustly Grow is not liable for such delays.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing for services will be provided in a proposal or invoice prior to project commencement.
• Unless otherwise agreed, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon milestones or completion.
• Recurring services (e.g., SEO, social media management, email marketing) are billed on a monthly or agreed recurring basis.
• Late payments may result in a pause of services until the account is settled.
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., website code, marketing content), unless otherwise stated.
• Hustly Grow retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
• Any third-party tools, plugins, themes, or licensed assets used in a project remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information, data, and materials as confidential and will not share them with third parties without consent, except as required to deliver the agreed services or by law.

7. Revisions

The number of included revisions will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to delivering high-quality results, Hustly Grow does not guarantee specific outcomes (such as exact search engine rankings, lead volumes, or campaign conversion rates), as these are influenced by external factors beyond our control. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. Given our international client base, any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
