A Full-Stack Health Advocacy Platform, Built From Scratch

Challenge

BellWell Health, a US health navigator and private patient advocacy service, needed a website built from the ground up — clean, user-friendly, and able to handle the specifics of how the practice actually works: scheduling special events, taking bookings for advocacy sessions, and collecting client information before a first consultation.

Approach

We started from scratch, gathering every requirement directly from the client rather than working off a template — how they run events, how clients should book time with an advocate, and what information needs to be collected upfront. The build was scoped around those specifics from day one.

Outcome

Delivered a complete, custom website: a clean and user-friendly design, a dedicated event scheduling option, a custom booking calendar for advocacy sessions, and a client-information intake bot that collects what the team needs before a first conversation.
